Based on the production experience of single sided corrugated machines, I would like to share with you the causes of high and low corrugations in single sided machines and the corresponding solutions:
The moisture content of corrugated base paper should be considered. If the moisture content is too high, the preheating area should be increased, whereas if the moisture content is too low, the spray amount should be increased;
When the single sided corrugated machine paper is partially damp, the roll paper needs to be replaced.
Secondly, the vibration of the corrugated roller during high-speed operation or debris in the groove of the corrugated roller will affect the forming of the corrugated roller; When the pressure on the left and right sides of the corrugated roller is uneven, the corrugated roller itself is worn, and the bearings are severely damaged, the corrugated roller and bearings should be replaced in a timely manner;
Another issue is that during the operation of corrugated paper, the rotation is uneven, and tension should be applied to the paper roll or the roll should be replaced;
The guide plate of the rear guide claw type single sided machine is worn or the outer diameter of the corrugated roller is reduced due to grinding, and its arc is different from the outer diameter arc of the corrugated roller, which can easily cause uneven gaps. After the corrugated paper is formed, it will detach from the corrugated roller due to centrifugal action and equipment vibration during gluing and lamination.
