Chain disconnection of zipper machine

Time:2024-02-22 Views:1

Accumulated years of production experience in zipper machines, a set of reasons for chain detachment in zipper machines has been summarized for customers to refer to for regular maintenance:

1. Uneven motion of the chain: The chain has a certain degree of sag in transmission, and when the chain links detach from the sprocket, they move at an uneven speed, accompanied by changes in direction and size. When the chain link detaches from the sprocket and the speed is greater than the front chain link, the hanging shaft will jump out of the hanging shaft groove due to the close opening of the hanging shaft groove.

2. Chain too loose: When the chain is too loose, the chain sag between the sprocket and the supporting roller, as well as between the supporting roller and the supporting roller, is too large. When the chain moves, it swings up and down. Due to the close distance between the hanging shaft and the mouth, the hanging shaft will jump out of its hanging shaft groove.

3. Interference between the chain groove and the chain causes oscillation: Due to local detachment of the concrete in the chain groove, sometimes it interferes with the chain link, causing significant changes in running resistance, exacerbating the chain's oscillation and causing detachment. When the resistance is too high, it can cause the equipment to jump and stop, and the driving wheel will reverse slightly. At this time, the chain link at the back cannot move due to the long chain and large sag, which can also easily cause disconnection.

4. Improper operation: When the follow-up equipment of the zipper machine is stopped, the zipper machine is not stopped in time, resulting in a blockage of the discharge port. The material is sandwiched between the sprocket and the chain link, causing a change in meshing. The chain is sometimes loose and sometimes tight, making it possible for the chain to disconnect.
