Inspection before operation
1. Check if there are any obstacles on the conveyor track, especially if the track is deformed.
2. Check if the chain plate, pin shaft, and shaft sleeve are broken or damaged.
3. Check for deformation and cracks in the material trough, and check for severe wear or cracks in the rollers.
4. Check if the bolts are loose or detached.
5. Are there any open welds everywhere.
6. Is the tension at the tail appropriate, is the feeding at the head blocked, and is the transmission connection normal.
During operation inspection
1. Operation and lubrication of motors, gears, and hydraulic couplings.
2. Sound, temperature, sealing condition of the head and tail wheel shaft bearings, and lubrication condition of the guide rail.
3. Wear of the teeth of the head and tail sprockets, tightness of the locking wheel, and integrity of the wheel body welds.
4. Whether the bolts of the material tank are loose, whether the material tank is deformed, and whether the steel plate is cracked.
5. Check for wear and tension at the hinge of the chain.
6. Wear and lubrication of rollers, and sealing of bearings.
7. Wear of tracks and guard rails.
