1) Regularly check the operating sound, temperature, current, and vibration of the motor and reducer, and promptly eliminate any abnormal changes.
2) Regularly check for oil leakage on the joint surface and shaft end of the hydraulic coupling, and replace the sealing ring in a timely manner. The working oil should be added according to regulations. Excessive filling can cause temperature rise and pressure during operation, resulting in damage to the hydraulic coupling and fuel injection from the fusible plug; Insufficient fluid filling will result in insufficient lubrication of the bearings, shorten their lifespan, and prevent the main engine from reaching the rated speed. This will still cause temperature rise and fuel injection from the fusible plug, leading to the shutdown of the zipper machine.
3) Regularly check if the roller bracket is soldered. Special attention should be paid to welding two consecutive rollers on the same side, and if necessary, the kiln should be stopped for processing. If some roller supports are found to have slight welding, they can be treated without stopping the kiln, but the time should not exceed 10 minutes. Otherwise, the pressure under the grate of the grate cooler is too high, which will cause the grate bed to be crushed and the kiln must be stopped, resulting in passive operation.
