Process flow one:

Carrier (water+starch+special desiccant for automatic raw rubber production+caustic soda)+main body (water+starch+borax)

1. Add the raw materials from the upper kettle to the upper stirring kettle in sequence and react for 10-20 minutes.

2. Add the raw materials from the lower kettle to the lower stirring kettle in sequence and stir for 10-20 minutes.

3. Slowly add the upper kettle colloid to the lower kettle and stir for 20-40 minutes.

Process Flow 2:

According to the special circumstances of some enterprises, in the absence of production equipment for the main body and carrier, a mixer can be used for production. According to the formula in the above table, first process the carrier in the reaction kettle in order, and then divide the water in the main body into only two parts; First, take out water of the same weight as starch and mix it evenly with starch and borax for later use. Add the remaining water to the reaction kettle and stir evenly. Then, add the spare mixture to the reaction kettle and stir for 30 minutes.

Precautions:

1. After adding the special desiccant for raw rubber in the automatic production line, the viscosity will be appropriately reduced. During the production process, pay attention to adjusting the amount of caustic soda and relying on it to control the viscosity. If the glue is too thin, the amount of caustic soda will increase. If it is too thick, the amount of caustic soda will decrease.

2. When using the single sided machine, the viscosity should be controlled at around 20 seconds

3. Three layer thread raw rubber I: When using the machine, the viscosity should be controlled within 50-9 seconds.

4. When using the five layer and seven layer raw adhesive on the machine, the viscosity should be controlled within 60-90 seconds. In special cases, adjust the adhesive viscosity according to requirements.

5. If the corrugated cardboard produced on the three-layer and five-layer automatic lines experiences debonding and 1-2 cm of weak adhesion on both sides of the cardboard, please check if the adhesive amount is too low; Is the adhesive viscosity too low.

6. Each production enterprise can also add automatic line special desiccant for raw rubber according to the original production line raw rubber process. During the production process of raw rubber, the special desiccant for raw rubber is directly added to the carrier before adding caustic soda, stirred for 10-20 minutes, and then made according to the original process. The special drying agent for raw rubber is acidic. When making rubber, the dosage of caustic soda in the raw rubber process formula should be appropriately increased, with an additional amount of caustic soda of about 0.5ks per ton of raw starch rubber.
