Check the operating components, especially the material trough and baffle. If there is any deformation or damage, it must be reshaped and corrected. Firstly, level the two chains side by side (the chains that have been assembled in the manufacturing plant, each 2m long), then place the material trough on the chain, aligning the four holes at the bottom of the trough with the four holes on the lower two chains, and finally place a stopper. Finally, connect the chain, material trough, and stopper together with bolts.

The installation of operating components should start from the tail. Firstly, lay auxiliary tracks; From the end of the lower track at the tail, use steel rails or other profiles to connect a sloping track to the ground. Then, lift a set of moving components and material trough downwards onto the auxiliary track, and install the rollers on both sides of the material trough. The requirements are:

1) The two symmetrical rollers on both sides should be symmetrically arranged at the symmetrical centers of the two chains, with a symmetry tolerance of 2mm.

2) To ensure the distance between the rollers

After adjusting the size, fix the small shaft to the U-shaped frame at the lower part of the material trough with bolts. Finally, use steel wire ropes and hooks to pull the chain towards the head direction. When the auxiliary track has enough space, lift and place a set of running components. After the roller is installed, the two sets of running chains can be connected.
