Install the assembled head device from the manufacturer as a whole (remove the head cover for measurement convenience). Firstly, thread the anchor bolt into the anchor bolt hole of the box and hang it with a nut. Then, lift the head onto the foundation and adjust it. The requirements are:

1) The horizontal tolerance of the head wheel axle shall not exceed 0.5mm/m;

2) The centerline of the head wheel must be perpendicular to the centerline of the conveyor, with a tolerance not exceeding 1mm/m;

3) The symmetry tolerance between two sprockets and the centerline of the conveyor shall not exceed 1mm.

After aligning, adjust the bolts and perform secondary pouring. After the concrete has completely solidified, tighten the nuts on the anchor bolts.
