The installation of steel rails must first be carefully inspected. If there is any bending or deformation, it must be straightened to ensure that the straightness tolerance does not exceed 1mm/m. The total length of each track shall not exceed 3mm. The laying of the track starts from the tail, and according to the numbering and drawing numbers on the track, refer to the installation diagram of this equipment. Place the track in position and place it on the support angle steel. Use two fishplates to overlap and clamp the joints of every two sections of the track, and tighten them with bolts (note: the nuts should be placed on the outside of the track). The support angle steel is connected to the bracket with bolts. The bolt holes on the bracket and the support angle steel are all long holes. The long holes on the bracket are in the vertical direction to adjust the height of the track. The long holes on the angle steel are in the horizontal direction to solve the problem of bracket deflection caused by changes in the length of the track due to contraction or expansion.
