The installation of the bracket starts from the horizontal section at the tail. Before installation, each bracket must be carefully inspected to ensure that it is not deformed or damaged during transportation. If there is any deformation such as bending or twisting, it should be corrected carefully.

According to the installation diagram of this equipment, place each bracket according to its number and drawing number. The installation requirements are as follows: 1) The deviation of the centerline of the bracket from the centerline of the conveyor shall not exceed 2mm; 2) The vertical tolerance of the plane where the bracket door frame is located to the centerline of the conveyor shall not exceed 2mm; 3) The two legs of the bracket must be perpendicular to the installation plane (horizontal plane and inclined plane), and its verticality tolerance shall not exceed 2mm. After the bracket is adjusted according to the above tolerance requirements, it is welded to the pre buried foot plate on the foundation. All support channels between the bent and inclined section brackets are welded after the track installation adjustment.
