Insert the anchor bolts into the anchor holes of the transmission base, screw in the nuts to lift the bolts, and then lift the entire transmission device onto the foundation. Adjust the transmission position based on the centerline of the installed head sprocket. There is a 10mm gap between the low-speed shaft of the reducer and the coupling of the head wheel. Adjust according to the installation requirements of the coupling. After the position of the base is fixed, adjust the bolts and conduct secondary pouring. After the concrete has completely set, fix the transmission device. Connect the low-speed boat of the reducer to the coupling of the head wheel shaft.

Chain tension

After the installation of the running components is completed, the conveyor and its surrounding debris are removed. After confirming that there is no possibility of collision during the operation of the running components, manually turn the head wheel to move the chain and straighten it. After the chain has rotated for one cycle, adjust the horizontal position of the rear sprocket shaft by adjusting the compression amount of the spring, and tension the chain. The magnitude of the tension force is determined by the compression deformation of the spring. The larger the compression deformation of the spring, the greater the tension force. Conversely, the smaller the tension force. However, no matter how adjusted, the tail wheel shaft must remain perpendicular to the centerline of the conveyor. When the car is empty, the magnitude of the tension force is considered appropriate under the following conditions: 1) The return section of the tail enters the 2-3 rollers before the sprocket mesh, which are lifted from the track (forming a gap with the track); 2) Within the concave arc section, the roller lifts slightly on the track.

The installation of dust cover and the opening of feeding port, ash return port, and dust collection port. Before installation, the dust cover should be opened according to the process requirements. The position of the feeding port should be at least 2500mm away from the center of the tail, and the centerline of the feeding port and its upper end should be in the same vertical plane as the longitudinal centerline of the conveyor, as shown in the figure, to prevent material deviation in the groove, The conveyor roller leans to one side during operation. As a whole, the dust cover is connected to the high bracket with bolts. If due to machining tolerances, the side ears of the dust cover do not have good contact with the side of the bracket, a cushion should be added to tighten it to avoid loosening during the operation of the conveyor. After installing the dust cover, check the inside of the rubber plate and ensure that the running parts do not have any dragging during operation.
