The locking sleeve of the bearing in the large bearing seat is loose, causing the sprocket driven by the drive shaft to shift
If the position of the two large bearing seats of the drive shaft does not change, the second step is to check whether the locking sleeve of the large bearing in the large bearing seat is loose. Because the drive shaft is locked on the bearing seat by the locking sleeve, and the drive unit is suspended at the end of the shaft, in order to reduce the difficulty of installation, the counter torque arm is designed to have 40mm movement in the axial direction, so the looseness of the locking sleeve will inevitably cause the drive shaft to drive the sprocket to move.
There are two methods to judge the looseness of the locking sleeve of the bearing. One is to check the position of the sealing labyrinth. The labyrinth is locked on the shaft, and the large bearing is also locked on the shaft. If the locking sleeve of the large bearing is loose, the position of the labyrinth should change. In which direction the chain deviates, the labyrinth cover in the corresponding direction of the bearing seat leaves the original position and moves outward with the shaft. The second is to disassemble the bearing seat labyrinth and the through cover end cover, and directly check whether the locking sleeve of the bearing inner race is loose. Because the labyrinth is protected against dust by grease, its movement relative to the bearing seat cover can be identified from the traces of grease. The solution is to completely loosen the locking sleeve, pull the drive shaft back to the original position with the chain block (pay attention to the gap between the chain and the sprocket), lock the loose locking sleeve, and then install the blind cover, through cover and labyrinth.
