1. Preparation before installation

Before installation, all parts should be cleaned, corrected, and repaired (damage and deformation caused during transportation). Remove all kinds of debris from the installation site, clear the roads on the installation site, and make all necessary preparations.

2. Positioning of conveyor

Using necessary instruments and tools, determine the longitudinal centerline of the conveyor and the coordinate positions of each component related to the longitudinal centerline of the conveyor, and mark and draw lines on the foundation ground for the installation of each component.

3. Installation of conveyor

When installing the conveyor, it can be installed in order from beginning to end or from end to end according to the on-site situation. Practice has proven that installing from the end to the end is more reasonable, and the description in this book is based on this.

4. Installation of tail device

The tail device is assembled as a whole in the manufacturing plant. Firstly, the anchor bolts are threaded into the anchor bolt holes of the tail frame and hung with nuts. Then place the tail device on its foundation, and strictly align the tail device. The requirements are: 1) the horizontal tolerance of the tail wheel axis must not exceed 0.5mm/m, 2) the tail wheel axis must be perpendicular to the centerline of the conveyor, and the tolerance per meter of length must not exceed 1mm, and 3) the symmetry tolerance of the two sprockets installed at the tail to the centerline of the conveyor must not exceed 1mm.

After aligning, adjust the bolts and perform secondary pouring. After the concrete has completely solidified, tighten the nuts on the anchor bolts.
