The operating components consist of four parts: a material groove, a baffle, a chain, and a roller. The material groove is welded from steel plates to form a groove shape, and the width of the two ends of the material groove is not equal, so that the adjacent side plates of the two material grooves overlap with each other, so as not to cause each material groove to be separated from its adjacent material groove on the side when crossing the sprocket. There is a blocking plate in the middle of the material groove to prevent the material from sliding down when climbing.
On both sides of the bottom of the material trough, a pair of rollers are installed every 1 meter to support the running parts to run along the track. The roller is installed on the material groove through a small shaft, and is supported by a pair of single row radial ball bearings with dust covers between the roller and the small shaft. The other end of the small shaft extends into the hole of the U-shaped frame at the bottom of the material groove and is positioned with bolts to prevent the shaft from rotating inside the hole. The inner side of the roller is sealed with a felt ring, and the outer side is sealed with a pressure cap. There is an oil nozzle on the pressure cap, which can inject lubricating oil to lubricate the bearing. The chain is composed of multiple chain links (pitch P=250mm), each link consisting of a chain plate, a pin shaft, and a sleeve, with the other end having a small hole and the two ends of the sleeve. The chain plate is forged into a~shape, with one end having a large hole that is pressed and matched with the large holes of the two chain plates. The pin shaft passes through the pin sleeve, and its two ends are pressed and matched with the small holes of the other two chain plates. The chain plates are connected to form a chain. The top surface of the chain plate is drilled with bolt holes to secure the material trough to the chain with bolts.
