The safety device of the injection molding machine is mainly used to protect the safety of people and machines. Mainly composed of safety doors, hydraulic valves, limit switches, photoelectric detection components, etc., to achieve electrical mechanical hydraulic interlocking protection.

The monitoring system mainly monitors the oil temperature, material temperature, system overload, as well as process and equipment failures of the injection molding machine, and indicates or alarms any abnormal situations.

It is a process that utilizes the thrust of a screw (or plunger) to inject the melted plastic that has been plasticized (i.e. viscous flow state) into a closed mold cavity, solidify and shape it, and obtain the product. Injection molding is a cyclic process, each cycle mainly includes: quantitative feeding - melt plasticization - pressure injection - mold filling and cooling - mold opening and pulling. Pull out the plastic part and then close the mold for the next cycle.
