The way to keep fruits and vegetables fresh is to reduce water loss, inhibit biological respiration and bacterial growth, while removing the ethylene gas that causes them to age and ripen. Freshness preserving corrugated cardboard is precisely processed manually from these aspects.

1. Clamping type

The plastic film soaked in antibacterial agents and preservatives is made into corrugated cardboard, and then CTM preservatives are applied to the inner surface of the corrugated paper. 3. Foam type

The foam plastic is combined with the corrugated. Compared with regular and laminated corrugated cardboard, it has better preservation effect.

(1) The moisture permeability is 1/20 of that of ordinary corrugated cardboard, which is not easy to cause fruit and vegetable wilting due to water evaporation.

(2) Due to the low number of thermal conductivity systems and good heat resistance effect, there will be no sharp temperature fluctuations inside the box. (3) Due to its low air permeability, it can regulate the storage atmosphere. The three kinds of corrugated boards were used to make cartons, and the fresh-keeping effect of cauliflower was evaluated. The results showed that the oxygen content in the foam type fresh-keeping corrugated board box gradually decreased, and the CO concentration increased, which inhibited the respiration and growth of cauliflower; Although cauliflower packaged with laminated cardboard has fewer flowers due to hypoxia, it has developed pests and diseases, and has a strong odor; The atmosphere inside a regular cardboard box is almost the same as the atmosphere, with cauliflower turning yellow and deteriorating.

4. Hybrid type

Adding porous ethylene gas absorption powder during the manufacturing process of corrugated cardboard inner surface paper to prevent ripening; Special ceramic powder can also be coated on the original paper, which can emit infrared radiation at a wavelength of 6m to 41 * m. It can emit infrared radiation at room temperature, not only activating relevant molecules in the fruit and improving its resistance to microbial erosion, but also activating enzymes and improving the sweetness of the fruit. It has good preservation packaging effect for fruits such as peaches, grapes, and bayberries.
