Firstly, we should fully understand the technical requirements for the structure, material, hardness, accuracy, and other aspects of injection molds, including whether the shrinkage rate of the selected plastic raw materials is correct, whether the 3D dimensions of the product are complete, and whether mold opening can be carried out.

2. Fully consider the factors that may affect the appearance of the injection product, such as shrinkage, material flow marks, draft angle, and fusion lines.

3. Simplify the processing method of the mold as much as possible without affecting the function and shape of the injection molded product.

4. Whether the selection of the parting surface is appropriate, reasonable choices should be made for mold processing, forming appearance, and deburring of formed parts.

5. Whether the ejection method is appropriate, whether to use push rods, discharge plates, or other methods, and whether the position of push rods and discharge plates is appropriate.

6. Whether the side image core pulling mechanism is used appropriately, whether the action is flexible and reliable, and whether there is no jamming phenomenon.

7. What methods are suitable for temperature control in plastic products, what kind of structural circulation system is used for oil, water, coolant, etc., and whether the size, quantity, and position of coolant holes are appropriate.

8. The form of the gate, the size of the material channel and feeding port, and whether the gate position and size are appropriate.

9. Have the effects of heat treatment deformation on each module and mold core been carefully considered, and is the selection of standard parts appropriate.

10. Whether the injection volume, injection pressure, and locking force of the injection molding machine are sufficient, and whether the size of the sprue sleeve hole matches.
