1. Uneven movement of the chain: The chain has a certain degree of sag in the transmission. When the chain link is separated from the sprocket, it moves at an uneven speed, accompanied by changes in direction and size. When the chain link is separated from the sprocket and the speed is greater than that of the front chain link, the hanging shaft will protrude from the hanging shaft groove due to the close opening of the hanging shaft groove.

2. The chain is too loose: When the chain is too loose, the sag of the chain between the sprocket and the idler, the idler and the idler is too large, and the chain swings up and down when the chain moves. Because the hanging shaft is close to the opening, the hanging shaft will move from it. Jump out of the hanging scroll slot.

3. Swing caused by the interference of the chain groove and the chain: As the concrete of the chain groove partially falls off and sometimes interferes with the chain link, the running resistance changes greatly, which intensifies the shaking of the chain and causes the disconnection. When the resistance is too large, after the equipment jumps to a stop, the driving wheel will always reverse a small amount. At this time, the chain link behind the chain is longer and the sag is too large to drive, which may also easily cause a disconnection.

4. Improper operation: When the follow-up equipment of the zipper machine is shut down, the zipper machine is not stopped in time, causing the material outlet to be blocked, and the meshing changes after the material is clamped between the sprocket and the chain link.
