Working principle of Fu chain conveyor

When the conveying chain and its accessories of the conveyor move, the loose material is subjected to a tensile force in the same direction as the conveying direction in the conveyor groove, which increases the pressure between the loose material particles and thus increases the friction force between the loose materials. When the internal friction force is greater than the friction force between the bulk material and the side wall of the machine slot, the bulk material will move forward along the direction of the conveyor chain, and the increased internal pressure ensures a stable state between the bulk material layers, thus forming a continuous flow as a whole.

The Fu chain conveyor has a compact structure, good sealing, flexible process layout, and can be used for multi-point feeding and unloading. This machine adopts a plate roller chain as the traction component, and changes the sliding friction between the traction chain and the guide rail of the buried scraper machine to rolling friction, greatly reducing the running resistance of the scraper chain. It has low power consumption, long service life of the scraper chain, and can achieve long-distance material transportation (Lmax=100m) with a large conveying capacity (Qmax=700m3/h). This machine runs smoothly, has low noise, is easy to operate and maintain, and has low operating costs.
