The transmission device consists of an electric motor, hydraulic coupling, reducer, coupling, and backstop.
In order to prevent the reverse phenomenon of the conveyor from stopping due to reasons, a roller backstop is installed at the other end of the low-speed shaft of the reducer; At the same time, in order to prevent motor overload during startup and operation, a hydraulic coupling is installed between the motor and the reducer.
Special reminder: (1) Before equipment trial operation, remove the connection between the hydraulic coupling and the reducer
Turn on and power on to determine if the direction of motor operation is consistent with the direction specified in the drawing. If it is not consistent, please correct it. (2) If the direction of motor operation is not consistent with the direction specified in the drawing and the machine is forcibly turned on, it will damage the built-in backstop of the reducer.
After the assembly of the transmission device, a single unit test run should be carried out. First, oil should be injected into the hydraulic coupling and reducer, and then manually turn the gear to ensure there is no jamming phenomenon. Then, an electric test run should be carried out (be careful not to connect the power supply in reverse) for 3 hours. If there are no abnormalities, the power should be cut off, and the oil in the hydraulic coupling and reducer should be drained before packaging.
